I have searched the forums recently looking for a world editor tht can create matrixs and worlds that I can use in a RPG. However, nearly all the world editors I found were designed for DBC, instaed of DBP. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good world editor for DBP? Thanks.

Hi
I think this may still be in the development stages but it is very near to completion and I know it will work for DBP.

Thanks for the response but I am looking for a world editor mostly to make terrain. So I don't have to make matrices in DBPro, instead I could just load terrain that I made in another program.

Wow that's helpful.

Anyway If you want something free with matrix support there are plenty of options. To name a few

-Magic World
-Mat Edit
-Mega Matrix Master Pro

Just type 1 or 2 of the words from those names in the search box in program announcements.

I tried Mat edit and I liked it but I thought that people were having trouble exporting their terrains to DBPro because it was designed for DBC. Is this tue?

Yeah but I think the only part that doesn't work is the #include command. It doesn't work correctly or something. Just try it and post any errors that occur.

MatEdit was written in and for DBC, but to use the resulting matrices in DBPro, all you need is the DBPro version of the #Include file which has always been in the downloads section on the MatEdit web site.
