Is it just games you can sell/share under the licence..?

What about educational, buisiness, utilities such as..

map/world editors..art progs...image editors..musical..
interactive...stuff....

also are there any plans for Db pro 2 or 3

License for which product? If you mean DB or DBPro you can sell *anything* you make (emphasis on the _anything_ there).
