I'm new to DarkBasic and i was wondering if it is possible to create a game where you link to another computer online and play against eachother? If so, how hard is it?

Thanks for your help

This is coming from newcommer's themselves.

It all depends on your learning style, you might be at a skill level good enough to start with online in a year, maybe in 3, who knows. I just depends on how quickly you pick things up and what resources you have for tutorials. Once you get the theory down and have all the nececities like a good server and a friend to test with, it isn't that hard at all.

Just dont get ahead of yourself, make split screen multiplayer games before you move onto online.
