wot? a humungus 2.25mb .bmp?, please repost it as a .jpg, you will not get very popular posting pictures that size, lots of people don`t have broadband for a start, thats gonna take em a fair while to download, as with all internet data "keep it small", maybe you should repost when you have more to show, a matrix with some trees and a model is pretty basic.

Yeah, the bmp was a bit heavy, but anyone who doesn't have broadband needs to seriously get signed up now

@devastation 328: thats not exactly reasonable, for example our area still has places that can`t get broadband , I live in a country region...some people have very long lines..too long for broadband and some are shared lines too, plus just because a 2.25mb image loads in a reasonable time on 8mbs connections still isn`t any reason to waste the bandwidth where a jpg will not only load faster but take up an fraction of the space on the TGC server, if everyone goes around wasting bandwidth then you soon get to the point where 8mbsec connections are too slow, just cos you can do something doesn`t mean its a good idea.

Looks like a nice start. Don't forget displaying all those "print" or "text" commands can slow your fps down.
