It's pretty obvious where they've gone. Nowhere. They just disappeared - for a number of reasons. Mainly because there isn't much to talk about (for a variety of reasons)

The other thread was locked because it's already been discussed to death.

come on now. A book. I hate books. book is stupid. I know that I need codes but I dont know the codes"

It really stinks to see them go. Dev Diaries are nice to get a glance at what TGC are doing from time to time during their development processes. For something that was so informative to the community and enjoyable to read, I think they should list the reasons why they decided to get rid of them.

I sure hope laziness wasn't one of the reasons!

As good as they were, and I enjoyed reading them, I imagine the competition was also reading them intently

The diaries hadn't been updated in months anyway. Everyone (except Rich ) it seems is researching or on holiday, so there is nothing to update the diaries with anyway. At least if there is anything going on at TGC at the moment, there is and has not been any evidence of it for some time now. So what are we to think? Customers don't mind waiting if they know what is going on, but don't give them any updates for a couple of months and they get unruly.
