Hi all,

XP decided to "freeze" on my PC on Friday. Just your standard 'nothing works, mouse is frozen to the spot' kind of freeze that requires a hardware reset. I didn't actually have anything open at the time other than Firefox, but when it rebooted various things had been lost. All my Firefox settings/profile and most annoyingly of all - email inboxes.

I've restored most things back to normal, but the last back-up I had for my general TGC email inbox was several months ago. Strangely, any emails already placed into folders (such as all the newsletter content) were perfectly ok.

However - if you emailed me recently (within the last 3 months or so) and are still awaiting a reply, please get in touch again. There were a few competition winners, some showcase files, a couple of FPSC questions, etc. In all around 100 emails.

So if you did email me recently, forward it on again please.

... and it's entirely coincidental that the forums froze yesterday to huh? C'mon Rich, admit it - you run the forums on your home PC.
