I dont have DB* installed on my computer.
I downloaded an executable (written in Pro i believe) and attempted to run it when i was asked for a dll file which i dont have.

So what i realy want to know is, do people 'have' to have DBPro and or the *.dll file installed on thier computers to run executable programs written in DBPro?

No, they do not.

Depending on what this DLL was depends on why whatever you downloaded didn't work.

More info needed.
