i playED wow, and have one piece of information:

the game sucked

i dont believe people pay for this... thing

i got WoW for free and still felt ripped off. perhaps if the quests were more challenging than going out and fetching 10 zevhra hooves for some old fart then i'd have been intregued.

i got to level 20, and according to xfire spent 56 hours playing it. man it must have been a really rainy week or something

Had WoW played for the free month, then quit. It's good when you get to level 60 and you can do the big 40 man raids, but I couldn't be bothered to put in the effort required to get that far (Every time I got to lvl 12 I got bored and created a new charecter).

Joel, in that case i reccomend Guild Wars, made by the same people who made diablo, before they left blizzard, leaving the noobs beind to make WoW.

the game's identicle to diablo except mmo :/

The game isnt so great until you get to be able to do PvP - then it just rocks. I suppose it helps that I'm playing with a bunch of old friends from CS and they help me out a lot. Whoever said the 'no life' comment....stop generalizing. Thats like saying whoever goes to the gym goes there because they are fat and need to lose weight...

I don;t know about the rest of you WoW players but I have a life.

I: play WoW, program games in DBPro, go to school full time, work full time, spend the weekends with my girlfriend and manage to get the occasional speeding ticket.

I also keep a website, and am a published writer.

I once saw guys paying a girl to take off her armor in Runescape, and roughly ended my experiences with MMORPGS. If someone makes a good one in DB, then I'll be inclined to try it, simply because it's in DB and that's a hell of an accomplishment.
