ok, im at my tethers end
could som please help me out on this,
i loaded a darkmater2 object, rotated it so its standing upright, fixed the pivot so it moves right.
i now want to add a limb o it, and offset it by x,y,z (real world)
however, on rotation, the x,y,z axes rotated too,
eg,
load object(actor)
rotate him apropriately
fix pivot
get object(actor) height
load object(hat)
add limb (hat)
offset limb by 0,actor height,0
this causes ithe hat to be offset along the original axis orientation,
making the hat as a limb with a distance of (actor height) but behind him, not above him
rotating the root seems to solve the problem, however, should i be doing that?
