How do make sprites move across ramps like in contra hard corps and is it possible to triangular tiles so they can be read as ramps? I just need a basic idea. I'm using DBpro.

Yeah, you just have to program different behaviors for different types of tiles.

PSEUDO CODE!!!

You would collide with DATA = (5) (any number you like)

Then just move the sprite X + 1, Y - 1 (That is diagonal)

You could have X + 2, Y - 1 for a lower climb rate.

Just draw graphics to match the movements.

I wouldn't call that a tutorial...more like theory.
