how do i position guns so that when you turn they turn a little slower, giving them even more of a 3d feeling. most things i have tried have failed, well actually all of them have, so basicly,i dont want the gun staying in the same place nomatter what.

The best option would be offsetting you're complete gun at the right position(probably a little to the right and bottom) using offset limb gun, 0(the whole object). Then rotate and position it the same as the camera. Except you add a smooth value(curveangle()).
