I am getting it while trying to runn code on DB

Its happening when I run project from DB for several times. Never for the firsth time so its not code problem...

If I end DB and then open it again and reload project its functioning. Can it be a memory problem? I run it on WinXP...

yeah, same thing happened to me when i was making my game, apparently in my case i got the error 'cus after initialising sync, setting the sync rate, display mode etc and then i did it again (in-game) it crashed and all my models lost their textures! there should be other reasons though!

Changing the resoultion in-game will blank out all the objects textures and make them appear white. Any object loaded or reskinned after the resolution change will appear as normal.

I've got no idea why this happens, but I'd guess it's something to do with your DirectX or your video RAM. Don't see why it should make you crash, though...

Oops - that sounds a little specific, doesn't it? I don't mean your DirectX or RAM specifically, I'm pretty sure it happens to everybody. It's certainly a pain for me, anyway.
