over half my systems now run just Linux, no dual boot, I have two machines that still run winderz and one of those is dual boot, at the moment I am trying to enhance and get some more organised feel to the whole shebang (3 distros on 5 `puters), so i am looking for all those "must have" apps and tools, all I use is a basic network with shared media files so that any PC in any room can act as a media center, two machines have a development system on them (1 laptop and the main-dual boot desktop), I am looking for those must have apps that are not blatently obvious (ie..not included in Suse10 or Ubuntu distros by default), heres some idea of the sort of apps/cool toys I am looking for

ClamAV
Xine
Klik
Oolite

and has anyone tried Gestures, and do you think it`s worth the download (it looks good but it might be that doing things non standard might take too much time to learn...is it intuitive in a short while or are you forever looking up the gestures?)

ta for any comments...

Windows: 32 bit extension/graphical shell for a 16bit patch to an 8bit OS originally coded for a 4bit CPU, written by a 2bit company that can't stand 1bit of competition, now available in 64bits.
