Nope, but I'll give you a hint how to do it
First of all, find where the image is positioned. This uses the upper left hand corner of the image. Then, to find the other sides, just use the width and height of the image.
Top left = Image Position X and Image Position Y
Top Right= Image Position X + Image Width, Image Position Y
Bottom Left = Image Position X, Image Position Y + Image Height
Bottom Right= Image Position X + Image Width, Image Position Y + Image Height
Then check if your mouse is past the left side of the image, before the right side of the image, passed the top of the image, but above the bottom of the image.
