Newcomers DBPro Corner / Quake 3 model using animation

well i got a quake 3 model
ive opend the pk3 file and i took all the parts of is body
then ive export it to DirextX file , now the only files i got left is the skinning files and the ANIMATION.CFG file
how can i join them together and make him move on the matrix , i dont know how to work with this animation file
or how it works , and i dont know how to join the skins
so if some one can explain me how to join the animation and the skins and the model together , and put this model
with the animation and skins to walk on the matrix , or just stand normal ?? cause as u can see in the pictuer is
not really standing ! Plz HEEELLP me , im new in dbp ,
and after ill know this i think that i will be able to
work the rest out ~ thanks
