I can help you by giving you some helfull advice.
1) Start Small and Build up. Divide the game into smaller parts..see if you can make a movement engine. then an NPC system, or a battle engine
2) Plan it out - see if you really have what it takes to make the RPG, this is no easy task
3) Get ready for Low Poly Maddness - for what you will have to do, all the calculations and enemies on the screen, make sure your code is optimized, and your models are not to high poly
To start off i think you should write down each part of what you will build, and see if you have what it takes to make the game. If you dont, ask a question about it such as ("I was thinking about how i would go about making an item system") and make sure if you ask those questions you also show that you put work into trying to solve it ("I tried to use arrays but they did not for for <x>, <y>, and <z> reasons")
