I just got DBPro for Xmas and was just wondering if DBclassic code could be used in DBPro?

Ahm...Ok this is my appinion : DBpro HAS all the commands dbclassic does , but there IS a problem , with a "slight" difference between what commands mean , so some codes just have to be adjusted , some work fine in dbpro

Dodic is right. With a bit of work you can move code over from DB to DBP. The problems are that it wont be optimized, for example collision i dbp using intersect object is much faster than anything DB has to offer.

But to answer you question, you can go from DB to DBP but you will have to change some commands around. I would not recoomend trying to convert a big huge DB project to a DBP project, if its more than 1/2 way done. Finish the DB project then move on to DBP.

around here.. normal's just a setting on a hair dryer
