Hello, I saw another post on video editing and it reminded me of something... I want to start editing videos witch I have recorded..What I mean by this is overlays like for example Reg plates on a car get blured out... What software can I do this with for free.. I dont want anything "great" but I do want it free lol until I get into it! ... Thanks all, Eddie.

There's no bluring specific areas on Windows Movie Maker as far as I know. I think Premiere might have that function though.

Oops. Well, in that case, you'll have to chip out some money for uLead's Movie Studio thingamajiggy.

Look out for software like PowerProducer, free on Magazine cover CDs.
