riiiight. Sure he can. Good luck with proving that. The music pwns, and the singing is just great. It sounds perfect in the early 90's songs, blending with the music. Damn, I barely ever listen to anything exept late 80's rock, and early 90's music.. Led Zeppelin is good, and Jimi Hendrix is ok, rest on your list is not my style. Dont flame other musicians, or people for that dude. This is to see what you like. Come on... jeeze.

Alright so alot of people liked his singing... the rest of his band were not good musicians. Thats not a flame or whatever, thats the truth.

Jimi Hendrix = ok!? I understand if you dont like his music but please tell me you dont think him and kurt cobain were even in the same league when it came to playing guitar... PLEASE!!

not many people do like my music. 95% of my music, I have because the people are good musicians... Good singers or good at lyrical work.

Kurt cobain was good at lyrics, but ou cant even understand half of the sh*t he sings... I used to be an avid Nirvana fan but then I got exposed to good musicianship... It all changed from there.

EDIT: dont think im flaming your music choices, im not I'm just making sure your not in denial.

Your right, Jimmi and Kirk arent in the same league. Kirk is much better. How is liking a band denial...? Seriously, you have issues. I say I like one band better than another, and you throw a fit. And you insult the band, which is much better than any crap you can do. I was in my late teens in the 90's, and I listened to his music, and I liked it. Issue is not there. I just like the music better than others you listened... Besides, if you haven't heard Lithium on the radio at least once, then you are deprived.

i thought we already had about 5 topics like this?

owell - i'm in to rock mainly, i'm currently listening to some bullet (bullet for my valentine for the people who don't know) i like stuff like that and rhcp(red hot chilli peppers) and some of the old (pre gawm) papa roach.

i like a lot of varied stuff, sometimes i will be listening to some heavy metal, then i might be listening to some katie melua, so hey

as to nirvana, they are pretty much known on smells like teen spirit from what i've heard, which is a shame as they did some good songs, i know the playing of it is really easy but it is good, the same way asa green day stuff is good but relatively easy to play; and green day seem to be known by their american idiot album round my parts, as i often ask people if they like basket case or good riddance and they say "who are they?"

Your point being?

Quote: " Your right, Jimmi and Kirk arent in the same league. Kirk is much better. "

Errr I'm not sure if you meant to say 'Kirk' but whether you mean Kurt Cobain or Kirk Hammet, Jimmi was better than both of them.

He was good for the 60's, but his music style isnt in my taste. So it is my opinion that Kirk Cobain was better than him.

Oh noes! You listen to porn? odd.

Didn't we have a thread similar to this like a week ago? And already this one has turned into a flamefest. Locked.
