Answer the poor man's question. Either the education forum is gone and he should have searched for something similar to his question, or he's still getting processed, or he's not eligible, or he should be emailing TGC about this than posting on the forum, or whatever. I don't know.

i just though someone had been playing a joke. but to be fair he could have just put a link to that page and it would have avoided all confusion. I( thinks it the 'secret' bit that confused most people.
And sorry for not believing him
