If i buy DBPro do i get the stuff in darkmatter? Or do i need to buy both? Or should i buy DB+darkmatter? Help!

ps. sorry if this is wrong forum for this kind of question

No you don't get the darkmatter models/textures etc. That is a separate product.

The enhanced commands that come as a bonus with darkmatter for DB classic come built into DBPro though.

Not quite. There are commands in DBPro that don't exist in DB Classic, either with or without darkmatter.

Also, DB Classic is no longer being developed.

The following list is fairly simplistic, but should give you an idea:

Why to buy Classic + Darkmatter:
More stable
Lots of models & textures

Why to buy Pro:
Much faster
New commands
Under development - new capabilities are being added
User extendable - we are already adding our own commands to the language

DBPro is also faster and quicker and has more capabilities than DB1. It's compaptible with the latest GFX cards, etc.

I would just get DBPro and DarkMATTER, then you have resources and a better language.
