How can i make a counter... example say..every 2 seconds add 1 to a variable .. i hope you's understand what i mean

like

Do
if timer = 1 second then counter +1

loop

what exactly would i do

I think you should read TDK's timer tutorial. Check the tons of tutorials sticky.
