What would a FPS game be without security cameras? I modeled and animated a security camera for FPSC. It is used the same way as other "wall furniture". Place it near a wall and press enter and it will snap to the nearest wall.

It pans back and forth and the wire coil stretches as the camera turns, pretty cool. Download from the link below. I also have a link for a short video clip of it. And I'm also making available the source max file for "learning purposes".

The files for FPSC:

The source max archive:

I've included a license info and instructions with the download. But to make it easier: You may use this in any way you choose, including commercial games. But please give credit to me (Mark Blosser at http://hyrumark.zftp.com.

Thanks Domray, yep it can be destroyed. And also, I have a VERY basic script attached to it. If you're inclined, you can make a better one that triggers an alarm sound effect when you're within a certain distance, or even trigger other entities...

With bone animations? Cant figure them out in MAX.

Your signature has been erased by a mod, because the mod was so jealous of it that he couldnt bare looking at it.

Used bones for the wire coil and just keyframed everything else.
