Hi all,

In the aim to design a new version for my game, a MMORPG available at http://www.kaerell.net ( You can already test and play it),
I am looking for 2D sprite artists.

This project exists since 3 years. We are a small team with 4 members which realize this game for fun. The team is composing with a lead coder (me, 24 years old, programmer, London), tools coder (30, programmeur), webdesigner (25,programmeur) and a sound/flash designer (27, free lance designer). We are looking for someone trustworthy !!
Our server is host for free by a society and all members work for the pleasure to create something.

Currently the game looks like this :

I might consider it. What kind of style of sprite art were you looking for?

I'm understandable enough in french to.

That looks very close to a game from a book called Visual Basic Game Programming For Teens
http://www.course.com/catalog/product.cfm?category=Game%20Development&subcategory=Programming%20Techniques&isbn=1-59200-587-X#Contents

Looks like you guys been doing alot more work on it.
Looks nice.

Wow the game looks nice. I just posted recently about a site that makes 3D and 2D art for gamers royalty free. You might check them out and see what they can do for you. There stuff is pretty good and you can request models for them to make.

What is it programmed in? It doesn't look like DB or DBP. Looks like VB to me.

Maybe it's Java like a certain Scape.

Programming is fun with DarkBASIC!

Eitherway, it doesn't look like it's done in DarkBasic Pro and doesn't belong in this thread.

Well it could be DBC. But check this out. This is the visual basic game celtic crusader.
So it is very diffrent. But has the look of Celtic Crusader.
Even if it was VB and not DBC or DBPro still looks pretty good if you ask me.

Why do people always overlook the question at hand. He is asking for 2D sprite artists. So his post does belong here, as this is the 2D board, regardless of what language the game is in. A 2D sprite artist shouldn't care what language it is in, it looks like a good game and he's giving people a chance to be a part of it.
His post was only locked on the WIP board because that board is exclusively for DB projects, but this board is exclusively for 2D.

Available for programming position using DBPro.
Also, good at multiplayer coding, contact at:
