Is this a system to simulate the quantity of water from a nozzle. I have used a quickly weapon that creates the illusion of a continuos flow.

I can't send a screenshot because for the moment I haven't the computer. I try to explain the situation: I have a weapon that ejects bullets with an high velocity to simulate the impression of a continuos flow of bullets. Now I am trying to convert the number of bullets to the number of litres of water

I'm thinking he basically wants a hose that shoots out one liter of water. (Instead of bullets.)

yes i know THAT, BUT i dont know how he gets the weapon float in the air and shoot all by itself or how it works.
