Quote: "Try as I might I just can't enjoy this cutesy 3d run and jump at all. It's a lot of little things. Unresponsive controls, especially the slow turning. Dumb camera. The only way to pass a level is collect EVERY SINGLE coin, this combined with the large nature of the levels makes them feel very tedious. Technical problems like slow loading, failing the Alt-Tab test, and crashing 50% of the time Escape is hit make this hard to recommend. Fun cinematics."

Ouch.

Anyway, Drew pwns newbs.

It was a pretty decent average score - now he needs to get it on PC Format...

I like the way they call it 'Dumb and Cool'
But given its rating compared to the rest of the games they review it's a pretty fair score!

Drew's done a good job, his game is on a surprising ammount of different websites, I'm surprised he hasn't sold many copies yet. I heard it might get a publishing deal or something, if not I offered to help get him one

Thanks everyone - all their criticisms are totally correct and in light of this I'm pleased with the score.

Might be worth making a few posts in PC Format/Gamer forums mentioning your game - perhaps also email the game editors as well...

Been there, done that.

It's $400 to get onto the PCGamer cover disk and the 4 other magazines I looked into are comparably priced too. - They're priced by MB or some such nonsense.

Well, you made it further than most of us. WordTrix 2.0 is very popular and nobody's even offered the chance of a publishing deal, so I'd consider myself lucky if I were you
