Hey, I just stumbled upon a proggram called realm crafter and I thought that it looked pretty cool. Its still in its beta stages and its a point and click MMO maker. It uses DX7 and it going to be upgraded in the future. The pro version allows you to edit the souce code using blitz3d just wanted to see what everyone here thought of this product. I think that it looks pretty cool and I might check it out.

What a coincidence. Looks like it's just finished today!

I think it's excellent in terms of marketing - you can simply imagine the stuttering amount of people who will buy this...

Some people buy DBP to make MMO's with, but never finish them - should DBP have "Not for MMO authoring" stamped on the box?

An MMO maker is simplying the process just like FPSC is for fps games. Sure it might lack flexibility or fail to live up to your expectations - i'm not going to say it's a good product because I havn't used it - but I see nothing wrong with the concept.

In fact, i've even pondered writting such a tool myself in the past ... If I could make the media, I would.
