Hey, I've been trying to find a free video editor that can at least do the green screen effects. I've seen http://www.zs4.net/. Its good, but I was hoping for something a little bit better. Though I'm sure I'll have a hard considering I'm looking for free...

The green-screen effects aren't as advanced, but it's pretty powerful and has a windows interface.
