Okay, my webhost, www.madmanhosting.tk , for about 2 weeks now, my computer (and any on the network) stopped connecting to the website. I tried my .tk address (to my area), I tried the full path, but both of them come up with a : This page cannot be displayed. I find, that I have to turn off our dsl modem, and turn it back on 2 in about 5 minutes. Though, this only works for a few hours or so of accessing the site. So, whats wron? I'm sure its something on my end. If so, what is it? (Sorry for making so many threads. I've had many questions lately all coming to me at different times).

Thanks to anyone who can help me, or who can give me ideas.

Perhaps contacting technical support for your host would be a more productive action.

Here's a tip: When you lose connectivity to the site, and you think that something is wrong on your end, and you can still browse other sites, then go to bablefish's web page translator, input the URL of your hosted site, select "translate from spanish to english", and hit translate. Bablefish's server will try to access the site, and if it is successful, it will then forward you it's translation result. This is basically using a proxy to test if the problem is on your end or not.

If everything else works I'd just assume its that particular site's problem

Well, the proxy does make it work again. So I goto ( http://madman1337.ftpaccess.cc/dabip/index.php?colours=1.css ) and it doesn't work. Though, when I use the proxy, it works except for my css/php settings. So... Yah

It works...

Also, rememer that dot.tk is NOT a web host, they aren't even a domain name, they just provide a redirecting service. And I think they may be down...

Try This

Support Merra XJ9, cause the name is cooler.

well, when I don't type in the tk addrress, I type in the full, http://madman1337.ftpaccess.cc/dabip , it still doesn't work. ... Well, We just reset the internet (which makes it work for like a day). So when it stops working again, I'lll try that out. (by the way, we havea wireless router, and a dsl modem).
