Well it has taken me like 27 hours to finish this map. It's a small map but I spent most of my time making sure things lined up and made sense. and messing with the .fpi files. Keep in mind that I did not model anything for this map it is all from the content pack and model pack1. Tell me what you think. The desk is backwards, it's fixed now but to tired to change the pic

Thanks guys

@Bloodeath- yeah I have it packed and ready to go but I have to load it to my website. I think I am gonna re-build the .exe and take out the dynamic lighting for faster performance. but both versions will be on my website for download. It's gonna be interesting to see who thinks they can run the dynamic version without any lag.

also if anyone has any ideas on how to help my Frame rate please feel free to tell me.

Yeah, I lowered them sometime yesterday after I had already taken these screenshots. I didn't learn about the page down thing until after I had taken the shots. So I guess a leason learned for me.
Thanks for the positive critic.

I have, it was quite good, it lagged though. A nice level, better than some of the stuff ive downloaded and played here. Looks like you took some time to think about it. Good job.

Thanks!

I'm reworking the level to achieve that no-lag game play.

Any suggestions?

Redesign the map layout.
First, you want to go up and down, and have periods of time with out enemys close.

Well I have cartography4 and I believe that you can import created things to FPSC. so soon I will have some origional stuff. I think the best part about that map is the ambient sounds and the song at start up.

Thanks for the positive info!

There doesn't appear to be a virus hidden in that program. The file scanned OK, and a scan of my machine after didn't find anything either.

I scanned it as well and it comes up clean. You may have something on your computer that is self attaching itself to the file. or it is using the file as a platform. I run bullguard on my machine, and I scan once a day when I get home from work. my virus software updates every hour on top of that. and it also never stops scanning my files. and this machine that I use goes to maybe five websites,
this site, www.realityforgotten.com (my site), garagegames.com, Ozarkgames. and that is pretty much it.

Snidog, are you smoking pot?

Dont steal other peoples threads.
Dont say they have hidden viruses in their programs.

I downloaded it the day he posted the link. Ive had no problems since that date. Dont go accusing people of doing things before you have time to think.

Thanks higgins. I am glad people have downloaded this before Snidog dropped the V word. and it is good to see a MOD follow up on the V word. I hope his (Snidog) does not deter people from downloading it.

thanks, I think it will be quite some time until I deal with outdoor environments since I have no idea how to change sky box's. I have to try and get a good program that deals with images so I can create a new hud. once again an area that I haven't the lightest on how to accomplish. I know that there are threads that are around to help me out in this, but most of them confuse the heck out of me.

I've recently made some trenches, but for a sci-fi game.

Check it out!

Thjose are pretty good. There is a magicfpsc somewhere in these forums. you should use that to add slight elevation differences to the edge of the trenches. I may do a trench map but it is awhile to come yet. so stay buy yer key board I may need some help!

I would like to buy your program but I have spent so much on game dev stuff (between Torque and FPSC ike $500 plus or minus a few dollars)that my wife is starting to raise her eyebrow at me.
