Depends where you live. We never used to get snow up in Anglesey because 1) it's an island, and 2) The Snowdonia national park (big mountains) gets all the snow we should get. Since I moved to London I've seen a lot more snow. And slid uncontrollably across quite a few smaller roads (for some reason they grit and salt less down here even though much more ice on road). Anyone who reckons 4x4 makes driving on ice a lot better hasn't been on a completely ice covered pitch black road (lights were out on lampposts too ) revolving slowly at 30mph towards a big brick wall. And my car evolved from a rally car rather than some overlarge shopping trolley that is used to take kids to school in and make birds feel safe.

This year has been remarkably snowless though (was away for Xmas in Cyprus so missed that bit). Just horrible drissle at the minute (after a month of nice but cold weather).

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

Hehe, we're enjoying 60 degree weather here in AZ. We've had about .5" of snow total all winter.

It's snowing really hard right now in Boston. We're supposed to get up to (or even more than) 20 inches, along with 45+ mph winds.

EDIT:

Here's a picture I took from outside:

cool I love snow. Unfortunately my little town (it should really be a village dunno why its called a "town") is the only one in the area in which it never snows, except for the occasionaly 5 minute no settlling drizzle before rain. Shame, but at least it snows close enough to my kids schools so they get the day off cos the teachers can't get their in their wussy 1970s fiat pandas.

You know you need a life if when you see the word 'Blizzard' you think of the gamming company... and their famous MMORPG.
I need a life.

We were forecast mad snow this winter. Not necessarily as far south as me, but I invested £40 in snow wheels for my RC anyway on the off-chance. Never got to use them.

DAMN YOU WEATHER MAN!!! YOU MANIAC!!! DAMN ALL YOU WEATHER MEN TO HELL!!!!!
