ok, Joh suggested I post the textures I make into a single thread. so here goes.

Eventually hope to have a wide variety of doors, windows, walls and whatever. I dont care if you use them for personal use or in commercial games, please just dont claim them as your original work.

comments and suggestions are welcome..

To start out the new thread is a new wall texture.

its 512x512 in tga format.

Wow! Those are amazing! Especialy The Egyptian texture!

Could you do something for me? I'm not sure it your good at texturing or not, but could you retexture a model for me?
There is a download with all the meterial.

The model is of a Coca Cola vending machine, but I need it retextured as one of those Minute Made veending machines. I have a picture of the side, front, but not back. The original texture has the back part on it. I don't want a total retexture, I just want it to look like a different type of vending machine. Again, I'm not sure if you do texturing, so if you don't, I know some poeple that probably could

NOTE: The original model AND original texture ISN'T mine. It was made by (I think) Nolder, but I'm not sure. I got it from FPSF.
The model CANNOT be sold, or distrubuted without the original authors conscent. So for those viewing these forums, rememmber that if you download this model.... Wait, the original author was...*checks on FPSF*...Um, it seems to have gone down. Drats.

well i didnt get it exactly, but ive never really done 3d models before.. so..linking some screenshots...

the shape , style and everything were differant between the model and the photo... so i hope you will find these acceptable...i tried to improvise. also the photos were really low resolution and didnt have that crisp look.

if you find them acceptable ill reload the texture back to you

Thats good. Its neat. I like the drink names. Only the fruits seem lowres, but the text and stuff look alright...uhmm except for the back. Is that your pc? Its still usable, with a little smudging on the pixelized parts. But the screws come out too large.

Here's a texture that you can use if you want. Its something I was working on but abandoned. Its a bit grungy and may not fit your clean look. On the texture is also some extra bits that you might be able to use.
Free to use for anything. Some texture bits from Mayang's free textures.

actually sunflash gave me the original texture and some digi cam shots of the machine.

on the the back and drink names are from the original texture file... the sample pics of the miniute made machine had totally a differant geometry and everything.
thanks for the texture...

the name and the fruit are off the minutemaid website.

Thanks Jikito! I know, I got frustrated with the shape of the model too. It's why I gave up

The new texture looks great! Except for the original drink names. If I got you another picture of the names on the real machine later this week, would you consider adding it?

The back of the model definently looks the best! Nice work!
