I loaded a 3ds file into db pro and for some reason my characters eyes and teeth are about 5 inches away from the characters face its supposed to be an eveil looking monster but it looks like something from a cartoon anyone know why this is happening?

did you model it in 3ds max? If so...

Max defines its objects by specifying their start locations, then how far they have been moved. When you import your model into a game engine, sometimes the game engine doesnt move them as max normally does, but keeps them at their original creation position. This is why its important, for ALL max users, before they export, to go to
FILE>XREF
and add all the objects in the scene. This makes all the centerpoints where they appear in max, and everyone is happy. Hope that helps.
