Okay, I know this is only 1% done and I've only got 2 models on it which don't even contain all the animations they should, but it's going to get done

I've included a dowload (.7z format - uncompressable with IZArc) which is a demonstration of mainly the animation, but it has poly collision for the world (IAC lol).

Storyline: Skull people, who are the more primative race, are visited by a Stickman astronaut and kill him becuase they didn't understand him. After awhile the stickmen get concerned about the space mission and ignorantly send another explorer. He returns, but the skull people make him fly the ship back to Stickland, and then kill him. So now they know how to get from planet to planet; with the other ship they got from the first stickman! They try to rise to power, but the president of the stickmen doesn't allow it. The skull people start a war against the stickmen, but they make a truce and the skull people are limited to one small spot on the planet where they can study and take advantage of the excellent resources. Then, a few decades later, one of the Skull King's leutenants feels like they deserve presidence overall, and tries to talk the Skull King into starting another war. But the Skull King is a hippy, so he doesn't like war, and is killed by the leutenant. The new "king" of the skull people starts generating countless armies of Skull People, who are limited to just a single skull, becuase they are easy to produce in large numbers. Then he starts making genetic changes to the DNA of the armies, and tries to grow regular-sized skull people, faster. It works, so he tries making giants, and that works, if at a very slow rate. Then he discovers that making eyeballs is extraordinarily fast, so he makes lots of those too, of all sizes. After a while of producing his armies, he has an awesomely large army with a very large array of soldiers to send fourth. He's impatient so he sends them all. The sail over to the civilized parts of Stickland, and launch small battles. Sometimes they win, sometimes they dont. You see, the skull people are primative, and they use swords and energy and medival stuff, becuase none of the stickment taught them to use guns and stuff. Now the skull people are in control of many cities, and are about to aprehend another spacecraft to gather more of the very, VERY large skull people and drag them to Stickland. They succeed in getting a few to Stickland, and find them to be uber-winners.
Meanwhile, when the Skull People are gathering their armies, the stickmen have no idea what's going on becuase there are no messangers, and go on with their happy little lives. When the heroic characters of this mayhem are introduced, Funkster, Tonguester, and Gunster, they begin to take the harder path and to fight the Skull People with stealth and advanced weaponry. They face many challenges, puzzles, and a couple of labrynths, to reach their ultimate goal: Enter the sacred chamber of the Skull King and destroy him. Little do they realize the skull people don't care about leadership, and will continue fighting...when they have to kill every last one using the Genetic Machines that the skull people have been using, which are very similar (identical infact) to "Stickmeal Microwaves®" but work different on Skull Person DNA. The end

But all you can do right now is walk around...so you can see I've got quite a project infront of me...hopefully my friends will make decent voice actors for the scenematics

Just gave it a quick test run - man dude, this thing has a great feel to it already! Animations are nice and bouncy. Only bad thing is the texture streching on the level...

Screenshot for the masses <removed because of streching>

It's realy that great already? Huh. I found this real easy o.o and it's only going to get better :[/b]D And the texture is streached cuz this is more like a "test world" than anything else; I'll probably use this design as one of the places in the Stickland Overworld, but will work much harder on it and give it another place to go I have alot of what I think are realy cool world ideas because they come to me in dreams. o_O

@Hawkeye: you're using a laptop I don't yet know how to detect for widescreen and fixie, so right now it's streached. Here's a decent shot (resized for fastishness):

Also, I added bgmusic (no, I do not use the M$HTML <bgsound> tag =P) to it. Yes, I know I'm missing a C# in one section, but who cares b]
D it took forever to get a decent recording without slipping up o_O

I did texture the player. It's not just a sphere. I KEEP TELLING PEOPLE THAT!! ):E If you hold F and turn left you can see his face. And I did not ask for help, fyi besides, that solution makes him look like an MSPaint drawing is being rendered to the screen.

Because they're ingame shots, and it's hard to get a shot ingame; besides, I've already got a front shot. In the 3D art boards, titled "Walking animation".
But seeing as this thread has already been derailed, I am inclined to ask, why was it necessary to fix my problem in the wrong thread?

Um...excuse me but may I ask...
Are those my textures that you used for the rock and the tree thing?
Because they look very much like mine...

um... nope... that's what i downloaded and un-zipped, i don't have a directory called "Completely Irrelevant"

try downloading the .7z from your second post again
The same thing happened on Flynn's computer...

Quote: "And yes I did remember the media - compiled into the .exe "

i was talking about the media for my game, you included the .exe without the media, if you got it in there on accident that's pretty funny though, because they are both stickman games

Your game is not in there. I don't know what you're trying, but it's not amusing.

I think he's referring to that the publisher of stick man.exe is Hellmuth Arts, and Peter_ is well Hellmuth, as his sig says

Yes it is in there, and what are YOU trying to pull? My guess right now is that you were stupid and included that in the download accidentaly. I hope you didn't do it on purpose...

This is a screenshot from the second download. If you found that in the first one, then I'm looking in the wrong place. But there is nothing in there that says "HellmuthArts" and no "Completely Irrelevant" folder.

I did not include it, as I compiled all the media for my game, rightclicked it, "IZArc" -> "Add to archive..." -> *droplist* "7-Zip" -> "Ok"

I did not compile anything outside of directory C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Professional\Projects\StickmanWorldDemo\
The "AdventuresOfStickman" folder is in C:\Documents and Settings\Welcome\Desktop\Completely Irrelevant\TheAdventuresOfStickMan\

How the hell did that happen? That's very odd....stupid IZArc. Another thing is that it never uncompresses the Completely Irrelevant folder for me

Fix it? It's already fixed but I think it's IZArc's native format so you need it to open 7-Zip files.

Btw, Update New course, new song. Sorry I don't have water in them sandpits yet, but I haven't got a swimming anim either...
