Hey all,

I'm a few hours away from releasing a mini-masterpiece... which I've been working on since yesterday. It's a full game under 10 mb, and freeware. Does anyone know of a good, FREE distribution site? Somewhere that I can upload the game to and they'll give me a URL I can point people towards when the game is released tomorrow? Any assistance here would be appreciated

Matt - I'm still waiting to see your groundbreaking FPS that will "revolutionize the industry" and outsell Doom 3, HL 2 and Halo 2 combined. This was almost a year ago you were talking about it.

I never said it will outsell those games. I just said it'd be better, lol. And you'll have to keep waiting. Our team's 3D modeler had a wicked aweful car accident and until he recovers fully, the project is on hold. In the meantime, we're working on a few other projects. One is a trivia game that we'll release in about three weeks... I like to tell myself it's the hardest trivia game in the universe. I'm just trying to balance out what the difference between "hard" and "impossible" is. Tomorrow I'll be releasing a silly 2D shooter where you play one of Dick Cheney's hunting partners, called "Cheney Hunter." It's even cornier than it sounds. Last but not least we're making a new FPS title that's far less revolutionary but should be tons of fun. I don't know why I explained all of this... I doubt you could care less. But until Colin is fully recovered from his accident and is ready to be thrown back into 18+ hour work days, you, me, and everyone else will just have to wait

Hi, btw

Darn--- and although my post might have appeared sarcastic, I actually was looking forward to your game by how much you hyped it up Sad to hear about your modeller, hope he gets well.

Could we see some screenies in the WIP forum perhaps?

He's recovering, but slowly. What sucks the most is that when he had his car accident, I was out west. I had to drive from Spokane Washington to Binghamton New York without knowing if my best friend was going to live or die. It was definitely scary.

All of the screenshots we've got are untextured and lack context, hehe. I'd rather save them all until it's done and we have a demo working that everyone can play. But if you insist I could probably snap a few
