Hi,

I have no problems using Cinema 4D to make a pretty sweet looking (if untextured) level design. Thats no problem. The trouble I have then is how to use this .X as a level for my game.

Either 1st person or 3rd person, how do I import a .X into my game and detect collision inside it? If I use collision box, it obviously just puts a box round the entire thing which is useless if I have a character inside of the level.

How can I get around this and how do you guys make levels like this for your games?

Also, is making a huge UV map the only way to texture a level like this? Or can I make limbs and texture each part individually?

Help on this topic would be much appriciated!
Thanks.
