Does anyone have or know where i can get some royalty free fairground music (similar to the stuf you used to get on theme park), that is free to use in commercial projects?

If you mean merry-go round style fariground music, then
look for 'take me out to the ballgame' on the following page. Its all royalty free music. (Take a look at the remainder of the site too)
