After seeing the PC Pro review of their FX60 PC I bought a top of the line PC from them based on that spec. The machine is great but their sales and support isn't. When the machine eventually arrived (Well arrived isnt true, I ended up having to pick it up myself) There was no sound no wireless network. After opening the cover I managed to solve this by plugging the sound card and network card into their sockets properly (must have been quite a jolt that dislodged them).

After this the front panel of the sound card (SB XFI Fatal1ty) didn’t work. After looking into this I found that the power to this panel wasn’t actually plugged into anything. There was just an extender cable pushed into the power wiring loom. The machine came with 4gb of memory but the bios and windows was configured only to use 2GB.

I'm still waiting for my delivery charge to be refunded and from looking at the forums out there, getting money back out of MESH is lots of promises but little action.

Just a note really to say before anyone buys a MESH PC Google Mesh & Complaints and Mesh Review.

I Wish I had done so.

That is like a pc I ordered back in 2000, and the company went bust

Anyway, my friend had a MESH around the same time, and it was really nice. Well thought out spec, good performance and build quality. But these days, there is no money in the building business, so they are rushing to get their products out in the minimum time and cost.

The machine it's self is made from good well know components and seems to be working well in that respect. I've just found after dealing with these companys they are the worst I've ever come across and I've had to deal with quite a few. They make Dell look great .

If you bought it on a credit card, you can "gently remind them" that you can get your money back from the cc company if they don't resolve your issues toute-suite.

I always thought "after sales support" was an oxymoron like "Microsoft works" or "government economy", something that its possible to say but it doesn`t actualy exist , after all, once they have your money they don`t want to see you again until you bring more, paying someone to natter on the phone for days on end sorting hundreds of customers problems isn`t what they want to do, even if its a premium rate line they make more money putting you on hold and employing less people than actualy answering you, me?, I would put it down to one of lifes lessons...after sales support is out there with tooth fairys and lunar cheese

I've got a couple of Mesh computers at home - although haven't brought any for ages. Seem to be very good value for money and very reliable. Both worked straight away without any problems.

Sounds like they may have gone downhill...
