No offence Array, but awesome is a little strong for describing that screenie. The colour map looks far too low resolution, in both screens, not just the DBPro one. Personally I think there's so many options for editing terrain that you have to find one that you like using, or write your own, but actually rendering the colour texture is often best done in Bryce or Vues or something along those lines. The results you get on a properly rendered terrain with shadows is much better IMO. I'm not saying terrain editors should be avoided, I'm saying you can often get terrain renderers like Bryce and Vues Du Esprit for free on CG magazine coverdisks - the terrain editors in these programs always suck - it's like you can have a renderer or an editor, but nothing inbetween
