Hi all.

Now that I've finished the Extends plugins pack (now more than 3 weeks ago :p), I can work again on X-Quad Editor project.

I've added a new feature that is a small tool in fact. It's a terrain editor.
It allow to edit the heightmap using mouse and painting directly in a 2D preview of the map using brushes with opacity, hardness, density. It also allow to edit the texture applied on the terrains.
here is a snapshot of the heightmap module of the ATM :

Here is the high res snapshot :

EDIT 12.03.06 : I've added the snapshot to the zoom mode. Now user can create the map ground like if it was for a 2D game and it's really fast to design the terrain with ATM now.

Hires version here :

I remeber you showing some pitures of a Crypt with HDR Bloom or something...Pixel shaders. Is that still in the pipelines?

@Greenlig :
I hope to release it before summer because the main editor and game engine are ok and fully functional. I wait firstly to seen "Extends PlugIns Pack" to be released by TGC and, after finishing details on it, I will work to finish details on X-Quad Editor.

About HDR and pixel shaders, X-Quad Editor handle in an "automatic" mode all Shaders handled by DarkBASIC Professional (you'll simply have to rename your .fx file with the same name than the 3D object that use it, example: MyCar.x -> MyCar.fx). and more, some special plugin like HDR, etc ... will be included with the software. I must work to make the X-Quad Editor Editor/Game plugins creation easier to add more features to the Editor/Game engine faster

All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.
