Hi people, I've just downloaded the trail version of DB Pro and am playing around in the Huge Dungeon tutorial but the problem i have is a i want to change to to step based keyboard movement, Ive changed the code to use "upkey" etc.. but I need to make it a key hit not a key down as it moves too quickly and not a square at a time (if you get what i mean)

Also maybe on a harder not, how easy is it to change the walls in the dungeon tutorial to use bump mapping (Anyone point me in the right direction)

Cheers for any help

madmunky,

re: <upkey> here's a working idea:

basically, use a flag to make sure the key (or any key) was released before allowing it/them to again cause movement.

can't help with the bump-mapping tho.
