I just downloaded modplug tracker and gave it a whirl. I came up with something fierce! (I admit, I've used it before heh but not in ages) I really like this song, and it is by far the most linear song I've created to date! It's an action paced song, very fast, very fierce, with lots of changes. The song has compression filter and is stereo enhanced for goodness. The mp3 file is almost 6 megs! BUT.. the .IT file is only 550kb!!

I would love to hear your feedback here. I haven't posted my latest songs as an announcement in a while, but this song is just so good I really want everyone to hear it! If you haven't used me yet I AM available to make music for you. Now that I can do IT/XM anything is possible!! 8)

Why Not post the .IT file, so that those of us who have dial-up have a fighting chance to hear it?

mega sweet. Kind of music I like. Yeah that would fit nice in a fast paced game.

Hey guys thanks!! I supose I can let you guys access the IT file (will have to upload it when I get home)

As far as samples, I have literally thousands of high-quality samples simply because I own Fruity Loops FL Also comes with instruments and I can make samples and drum loops on the fly for use with MODPLUG.

I usually use FL for my music creation but I also want to be able to use MODPLUG so I can make XM/IT tracks for games that don't want to use up space!

Hey, the song took me about 3 hours to make which is twice as long as it takes for me to do something in FL. I'm rusty with trackers. heh.

Anyways, here's the .IT file link:

Nice, a lil' repetive at times (particulary the drumbeat) but hey it's game music right

Must say I like the clav1-1.wav sample, might use that myself sometime...
