My main language is English and I speak some Spanish. (Some being I can speak it and understand it 90% of the time but haven´t got a chance in hell of being mistaken for a Spaniish native).
I know friends who can speak 3+ languages.
mmmm. Does BASIC count as a language? I mean they say it is a programming language and it does have many dialects, DarkBasic, PlayBasic, BlitzBasic etc.

My signature has been erased by me because it's LARGE.
Thank you for the votez!1!

English as a first language
German as a second, but not fluent and am begining to forget a lot of words lol
French (ish) I got the hang of it until I stopped learning in year 9 and have forgotten most of it.
I started to learn spannish, but don't know why I stopped as the independant is giving away language stuff each weekend I might use them to learn spanish (was the last one) and this weekend is italien

I am learning Japanese now and will start learning Chinese (Mandarin)

and am completely fluent in bullsh*t

English is my third language, with Russian & Ukranian being first, then Hebrew during my 7-year duration in Israel.

My French sucks.

I just speak English - although I managed to survive on my broken French while I was in Tunisia. It was quite funny, some people were fluent in English while others were only fluent in French (and Arabic, but I the only thing I know how to say in that is 'my love, my love') so we ended up having 1/2 a conversation in bad English and the other half in (even worse) French.

can speak read and write fluently: danish, english, swedish, german
can read and write but do not speak fluently: french
read: dutch
only a few sentences: Russian, arab, turkish

>Jeg kan lide spise ost og jeg har seks smuk katte

Jeg kan lide *at spise* ost og jeg har seks *smukke* katte

The sentence in english:
I like *to eat* cheese and I have six beautiful cats.

To eat = at spise
To die = at dø
To sleep = at sove
To do = at gøre

A beautiful cat (singular) = En smuk kat
two beautiful cats(plural) = To smukke katte

English is my first language, and I know very very little French + German (forced into it in School)

Besides that, I know a little bit of Hungarian too (my mothers side of the family is Hungarian - which makes me about 1/4 Hungarian)

Ott igazi néhány ember itt ki tud beszél Magyar. Azon kívül, a nevem David

jó szia!

(or is it jo reggelt? Oh, who cares..)

(Probably very wrong. And getting all those accents and stuff is bloody annoying too)

Hey The Nerd! You need to read the post that followed mine . Thanks though. I think the reason I forgot 'at' is because of the way grammar is in French, and I confuse myself sometimes. As for 'smukke', well, I'm forgetful.
