We have some models that are free (and FPSC ready) on our site: Ozark Games; just look in the forums (no registration necessary to download media).

There is also free media at FPS-Files.net

My ADD-ON has models that include FPI Scripts for FPSC, but it's not free.
It's very affordable at only $5 though, and includes a tutorial on FPI Scripts.

That would include static models as well.
My ADD-ON is also an example of what is needed to import your own static models into FPSC.
