Hi Im new to DB pro I followed the tutorial that was provided for the cd and it works fine they mention to try and use a quake BSP level so I tried loading up a quake3 level and it takes an hour to load the one level? Am I doing something wrong? is there a way to get it to load the BSP's faster or am I stuck making a script and loading x files or 3ds files?

Thanks in advance,

Lady Ice.

Does that level come within a pk3 file?

If so, did you extract the level from the file to a folder and then try to load it directly from that folder (I mean without the pk3 file)?

If not, try bulding a pk3 file with at least the following folders in it: maps, textures and shaders (and of course, the corresponding files within each of the three) and then try to load the level from within the new pk3 file.
