it is not a job really more the occasional job and i give you a percentage of total sales of the game you worked on

Best thing I can do for you is to have you go vote for the Model of the Month at Fps-Files. I'm pretty swamped right now, and I'm pretty sick right now. Maybe another time though.

Well, I think badger that before you try to form a team, you might want to put up some work to the plate. From what I've seen you're still learning so you probably should try your own work before trying commercial games and teams. Just a suggestion
