Newcomers DBPro Corner / frustracted trying to install expansion/bundle pack software

I am really getting bummed now... Has anyone else had frustartion of forking out $300 for a full bundle pack and not getting support they need to get these add ons installed and working. ?

I purchase the full bundle pack only to find out that most of the bundle packages they make me go figure out how to get and download and there is no readme files on how to add an expansion pack or on off the add ons like exrotate. I am really getting bummed.
