This was the result of my playing around with a few things. I feel slightly bad because it's not as much a work in progress - certainly not stable or complete enough for a release - but more a kind of rejoice in the way that i'm not a complete coding cripple!

man this is definatly worth a wip dont put yourself down it is better than I could do in the same space of time.
