HEEYY! - For those of us who haven't seen the episode yet, thanks

EDIT:

I've put your spoilers into a sourcebox. And yes, I'm a hardcore Sopranos fan too

Sorry about that Jeku (and everyone else who hadn't seen it yet). I just assumed everyone had seen it. So do you guys think that "our friend" who was "injured" by "our other friend" will survive? And...
Spoiler:

We should make this a Sopranos thread that runs until the end of the season, hehe

I don't know what those are acronyms for, Dark Coder, but the Sopranos is the highest rated television show in history, outside of major sporting events and some awards ceremonies, so in terms of how many people tune in, you can't beat it. Plus, I've NEVER seen a show on any other network other than HBO that has the character and plot depth, the action, and/ or the sophistication of the Sopranos. You fall in love with the characters, you cry when they're killed, you cheer when they perform some awesome action... not many shows in television history have been able to inspire those sorts of reactions from people. When I saw the first episode of the Sopranos, I became a fan, and by the end of the first season, they were like family, and 99% of the Sopranos fans out there will say the same thing. It sucks you in like ducks in a swimming pool (a reference only Sopranos fans will get, hehe). Not that I'm saying your shows are worse... but in my opinion, there has never been a show like the Sopranos, and if I ever see one that's better, I'll be even more shocked than I was when I saw what happened this past Sunday night

I think the "SG" is Stargate, but I don't know what BSG is.

Eh, yeah, I'm not into sci-fi that much. Everyone raves about that show but I can't get into stuff like that... personal preference. I'm more into Tony killing people on the Sopranos, or Titus Pullo's antics on Rome, or the more light-hearted exploits of Vincent Chase and his pals on Entourage... I like shows based on real life stuff No offense sci-fi fans!

BSG is probably Battlestar Galactica.SGA is probably Star Gate Atlantis. Have never seen the Sopranos because I don't have HBO however my TV class teacher plans to show us the season premiere soon.

Come on guys, kind of hard to compare Stargate with Sopranos. That's like saying Star Trek sucks and Will & Grace is better

But yes, Sopranos is my favourite TV show. Because I live in Canada and don't pay extra for digital cable I don't get the new season unfortunately, and will have to download the episodes from the net or watch them on DVD

i prefer startreck to will and grace but i dont like startreck that much, i loved everybody loves raymond/king of queens/friends while it was on, but who cares about viewers just cause most people dont like scifi, and soaps so badly suck dont even get me started, the ammount of noobs that watch those :/.

That SUUUUUUCKS Jeku! So far you're missing what looks to be the greatest season of the show yet. In May I'll be getting a new apartment, and when I do, I'll hook up the cable to my Vaio and tape the Sopranos for you to my hard drive, then post each epi for ya. We get "On Demand" service here, so we can watch each episode whenever we want. I can't stand to see a fellow Sopranos fan in dire straits when this awesome season is starting. If you know anyone with a Sony Vaio who knows how to work the Vaio Media console thingy, I think I can send the episode to them live, but I never figured out how the media stuff works so they'd need to walk me through it.

I never got into Star Trek, either. I guess I just don't like sci-fi at all, any of it, or the dragons and wizards stuff either. I did like Back to the Future though, if that counts

I just saw the episode last night, and it was great. Except I knew what was going to happen to Tony

So was there only one episode this season so far?

I have an ex-girlfriend who looked just like Meadow... but we broke up because she was a &$*%#!(!*%$*. Yeah, it was only the one episode so far, next one is this sunday.

I'm sorry everyone for spoiling it... I was so dumbstruck by what happened I blurted without thinking. If you wanna erase this thread we can start it over with a cleaner title... if you can do that.

One of life's greatest mysteries: When you're single, no one gives you the time of day, but when you're taken, every chick in the universe checks you out. Scandalous

This time I'm going to be smart about this and put the spoilers in the code snippet below. This is just for those of you who've either seen the second episode of the season, or you can't see it and you want to know what's going on:

Crazy stuff. What do you guys think will happen? Please put your comments in code snippets so we don't spoil it for those who haven't seen the first two episodes yet.
