Hello, I have a problem in a Space Invaders clone I am developing. Basically when the player bullet and invader sprite hit I'm wanting the invader sprite to be deleted. The reason for this is when I use the hide command bullet's still stop at the location of the sprite as if was still present, and also my whole line of invaders changes direction when a hidden sprite hits the side.

Problem is when I use the sprite delete command, the Sprite gets redrawn almost instantly from the main loop.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
